MAPLE CINNAMON COLLAGEN SHAKE

Ingredients:
1 Scoop NLA for Her Multi Collagen 
½ C Milk of Choice
½ C Water
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
½ TSP Ground Cinnamon 
Generous Pinch of High Mineral Salt
Ice Cubes


Directions:
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, and all ice is crushed up. 
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
