PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SPLIT ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
  • 4-5 Frozen Bananas, chopped
  • 1 Scoop NLA for Her Banana Split Her Whey Protein
  • ¼ Cup Granulated Sweetener of Choice
  • 1-4 Tbsp Milk of Choice*For thinner consistency, use more milk
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Cream*For creamier consistency, add this
Directions:
  1. Place a small loaf pan or deep pan in freezer. Jhg
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add frozen bananas and blend until just immersed. Add NLA for Her Whey Protein and granulated sweetener and blend until thick and creamy.*If consistency is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk. For a creamier texture, add coconut cream and continue blending until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer ice cream to loaf pan. To ensure it doesn’t become too icy, lightly mix your ice cream every 20-30 minutes for the first hour.
  4. Thaw for 10-15 minutes before eating. Lightly wet an ice cream scoop before scooping ice cream.
